SIBA Report Portugal

The SIBA Report (Sistema de Informação de Boletins de Alojamento) is the mandatory accommodation bulletin system in Portugal. It is used to report the arrival and departure of foreign guests to the Portuguese immigration and border authorities (formerly SEF, now AIMA) for security and statistical purposes.

1. Report Overview

Note: The technical configuration for this report is currently pending implementation in the system. Once active, it will monitor reservations to ensure foreign guests have complete identity and travel documents recorded before their arrival is reported to the Portuguese authorities.

2. Required Database Fields

[Configuration Pending] The required fields for the SIBA report are currently commented out or pending setup in the database template. Typically, a report of this nature in Portugal requires the following types of data:

• Campsite/Property ID and NIF.

• Guest First and Last Names.

• Guest Nationality and Country of Residence.

• Document Type (Passport, National ID).

• Document Number.

• Date of Birth.

3. Setup Instructions (Action Required)

[Configuration Pending] Automated validation rules are currently not implemented for this report. Once the checkReport logic is added, this section will detail the specific error messages and their resolutions.
