Airbnb Integration via Qenner & Camping.care
To expand your reach and leverage Airbnb’s global network, Camping.care offers a comprehensive integration via the channel manager Qenner. This article explains how the connection works technically, which data is synchronized, and how to configure the setup step-by-step.
Note: Before you begin the setup in Camping.care, ensure you have an active Airbnb account.
1. How the Integration Works
The connection between Camping.care, Qenner, and Airbnb is based on real-time synchronization:
Export: Qenner transmits your rates, availability, and content (photos/descriptions) from Camping.care to Airbnb.
Import: As soon as a guest books via Airbnb, the reservation is immediately imported into Camping.care. Your calendar is updated across all platforms to prevent manual administration and double bookings.
2. What Data is Shared with Airbnb?
Airbnb requires specific fields to display a listing correctly. Below is an overview of the information provided via the Qenner integration:
Availability & Restrictions
Status: Is the unit open or closed for bookings?
Arrival & Departure: Specific days allowed for check-in and check-out.
Stay Duration: Minimum and maximum stay requirements.
Booking Offsets: Minimum and maximum lead times for guest bookings.

3. How to Connect: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Install the App
Navigate to the Camping.care Appstore and locate the Airbnb app. Click the Install button.
If the app is not visible in your appstore, please contact us at support@camping.care.
Step 2: Set Up Your Rates
In the Airbnb app within Camping.care, you can select a specific rate for each accommodation.
Tip: If you wish to set a different price for Airbnb than for your own booking site, consider setting up a computed rate.
Step 3: Set Up Your Products
After configuring your rates, go to Settings -> Channel Manager -> Products to add additional charges that should be bookable via Airbnb (e.g., tourist taxes, reservation costs, pet fees).
You may choose to create separate products specifically for external channels instead of using the same products as your direct online bookings.
Step 4: Finalize Onboarding & Notify Qenner
Important: Qenner requires manual activation once your settings are ready. Please complete these final steps:
Fill in the Onboarding Form: Complete [this form] to provide Qenner with the necessary technical details.
Send a Confirmation Email: Contact support@qenner.com once you have finished the setup.
Make sure to include your camping name and specify that you wish to connect to Airbnb.
Once Qenner processes your request, your integration will be activated!
