Qenner Channel Manager Pricing

Channel manager costs for the Qenner Channel Manager are calculated via the following formula. 

Commissions

For all bookings we charge 2% commission over the booking. We only charge the commission over the accommodation rent. Not over extra's like reservation costs etc. 

Example for one reservation: 

Minimum commission (€10,- / month)

We only charge commission if you get one or more reservations in a month. So you pay no commission if you don't get any reservation from the channel manager, in a certain month. If there are one or more reservations, we'll charge a minimum of €10,-. Also if the total commission of all reservations in this month is lower than €10,-.

When do we invoice? 

Once a month we'll send an invoice for the commissions. We determine these on departure date of the reservation. So if the departure date is 21-01-2027, the reservation will be included in the invoice we send in February. 

How about cancellations?

You don't pay commissions if the guest has cancelled their stay before arrival date. these reservations are now included in the invoice.
